Develop and evaluate catalysts for chemical conversion processes, including light-olefin conversion and sustainable fuel pathways.

Curiosity Meets Scientific Rigor.
This opportunity is particularly suited to researchers who enjoy hands-on experimentation, independent problem-solving, and translating scientific ideas into practical technologies.
Ideal background
- PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Catalysis, or a closely related field. Exceptional master's graduates with relevant industrial R&D experience are welcome.
- Approximately 3–8 years of relevant research experience, including doctoral research where applicable.
- Hands-on experience in heterogeneous catalysis, reaction engineering, or chemical process development.
- Familiarity with catalyst characterization, reactor experimentation, and analytical techniques.
- An experimental, independent mindset and an interest in translating scientific research into industrial applications.
We value scientific curiosity, experimental capability, and independent thinking as much as academic credentials.
